Refund Policy

1. Introduction & Purpose

Atshopper (Run by Shopper E-Store), we strive to offer quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Return and Refund Policy explains your rights regarding returns, and refunds in accordance with Indian laws.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refund will be accepted after successful return approval by unboxing video evidence:

  • Video & Photos must be required on the day of the delivery while unboxing.
  • The item is unused and in orginal packaging.
  • It is damaged or defected before arrival.
  • A wrong product was delivered.
  • Refund will be credited to the same mode of payment within 7-10 working days.
  • You must adhere to the above rules to avoid hassle.

3. How to initiate the Refund Process

  • When a customer requests a return due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment of product.
  • Submit the unboxing video and any relevant supporting documentation for us to assess the return request.
  • Once the return is approved after investigation from customer’s provided valid proof of evidence we will follow the return process and ensure that the customer is informed. The customer will have to ship the item back to us, and after receiving the product we will ensure to complete the investigation of return, we will issue the refund or replacement, whichever is communicated earlier during the confirmation.
  • We can hardly maximize the window time to 48 hours for return initiation after this time period this may delay the proccess or without any valid proof of evidence we may unable to refund the amount.

4. Non-refundable items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as “Final sale”
  • Gift Cards or vouchers
  • Digital/downloadable goods
  • Product damage due to misuse after delivery recieved.
  • Product defected after the unboxing incorrectly.
  • If found the false evidence is shared. 

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of the reason for the return. This includes both the initial shipping fees and any costs incurred for returning the product. If return is due to a wrong, defective, or damaged item, we will bear the returnshipping cost after approval of return/refund process. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the product with our shipping partners.

According to our fulfilment partners policy and confidential agreement cancellation is not being accepted after order completion.
