Shipping Policy

Effective for Orders within India

Atshopper, we partner with trusted courier services to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Below is our shipping process and important information you need to know.

🕒 Order Processing Time

  • We process and ship all confirmed orders within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

🚚 Delivery Timelines

  • Gujarat: 6–7 business days after dispatch
  • Other Indian States: 7–10 business days (Delivery may take up to 15 business days for selected pincodes where time given by courier company)

📦 Delivery Partners

We currently use DTDC, Blue Dart, and Ecom Express. Couriers are assigned based on service availability at your pincode.

💸 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are already included in the product price. No extra shipping cost will be added at checkout and invoice billing.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped. You can also check tracking under Order Tracking on our website.

❌ Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Customer unavailable or if customer refuse to collect the package.

The parcel will be returned to our warehouse. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

📅 Bank Holidays

We do not process or deliver orders on Indian bank holidays. Deliveries will resume on the next working day.

⚠️ Shipping Delays & Transit Issues

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather disruptions
  • Courier service delays
  • Remote area handling

If your parcel is delayed or stuck in transit, resolution may take up to 45 days as per courier policies. We appreciate your patience during such rare situations.

Note: Once dispatched, Atshopper cannot control courier delays. We will, however, assist you in coordinating with the courier company.

📦 Damaged or Tampered Packages

Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If damaged or unsealed, refuse the delivery or sign as “Damaged” and contact us immediately at support@atshopper.in.
