This website is operated by Shopper E-Store, a business registered under Indian laws. These Terms comply with:

By using this website, you confirm that you:

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian Contract Act, 1872

3. Our Industry and Products Offered

  • Our industry is based on online wholesale and retail E-Commerce Store.
  • Retail (For B2C Business) price are already mentioned and bulk discounts are offered in our website and applied for required quantity when added into cart.
  • Wholsale (For B2B Business) price which is not directed or mentioned on our website and in this case customer have to contact via email or WhatsApp to get the best price depending on their minimum order quantity.
  • We sell physical products only (e.g., fashion, home-kitchen, decorative and accessories etc.).
  • All products are available for purchase and checkout after successful payment confirmation.
  • After validation of successful payment and on going fulfillment, physical product will be shipped.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All pricing are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable GST, as specified.
  • We accept payments through secure Indian payment gateways such as Cashfree, PayU, or UPI-enabled options.
  • You are responsible for any bank charges, fees, or taxes incured during the transaction.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All products sold are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957.
  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or commercial use, subject to the product’s specific terms.
  • Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of the product is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

6. Order process & Delivery

  • Orders are processed instantly within 24 hours upon successful payment and confirmation from pratners.
  • You receive a notification step by step during fulfillment the order till the delivery.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All products sales are final.
  • No Cancellations After Order Confirmation: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. We process all orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery, and therefore, cancellations are not permitted.
  • No Modifications Allowed: Once the order is confirmed, no changes or modifications (such as product additions, changes in address, or updates to the order) are allowed. Please ensure all details are accurate before confirming your order.
  • Exceptions: In rare circumstances, such as if the item is out of stock, a pricing error occurs or the Pincode provided for delivery is not serviceable, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to you..
  • According to our third parties, supplier policy and confidential agreement cancellation is not being accepted after a order completion. 
  • As per Section 2(1)(j) of the Consumer protection Act, 2019, goods are exempt from mandatory return if delivery has occured.
  • Refund will only be issued in case of duplicate payment and non-receipt of product due to technical issues
  • The refund will be issued only if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with the original packaging.

8. User Conduct

You are agree not to:

  • Use our products for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purpose under Indian laws
  • Upload or transmit viruses or malware
  • Infringe any copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or technical issues arising out of your use of our products or website.
  • All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal, India.

We reserve the right to change or update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

12. Disclaimer

Atshopper strictly oppose and do not support any form of sexual harassment, abuse, discrimination, or content that disrespects any religion, community, or belief system. All our products are intended for useful at home & kitchen, personal, and decorative purposes only. We do not promote or endorse any content that could cause physical, emotional, or mental harm, or that encourages dangerous or life-threatening behavior. Customers are advised to use all products responsibly and as intended. Atshopper shall not be held liable for any misuse of products or for any injury or damage arising from improper handling or application.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Atshopper, including its owners, partners, affiliates, employees, agents, and suppliers, shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising out of or related to:

  2. Unauthorized access to or alteration of user transmissions or data;
  3. Statements or actions of any third party on the platform;
  4. Any product damage, defect, or delay caused by the supplier, manufacturer, or courier partner;

In no event shall Atshopper’s total liability for any claim related to a transaction exceed the actual amount paid by the customer for that specific order.

We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any product description, image, or information displayed on the website.
